Terms of Payment for dance classes

WITHDRAWAL (ÅNGERRÄTT)

According to the Swedish law ”distans- och hemförsäljningslagen”, you have the right to regret and cancel your purchase at the latest 14 days after payment. You do this by sending an email to dance@kpopnonstop.com. If the course has already started and you have taken part in a dance class, you have accepted that your right of withdrawal is no longer valid.

CANCELLATION

When your payment has been registered your application is binding. If you wish to cancel your application after the Swedish law regarding withdrawal has expired but the course has not started, the following applies:

Cancellation 14 days before the course starts – half the course fee will be charged.

Cancellation on the same day as the course starts – the full course fee will be charged.

OBS! Every cancellation that has been requested will be charged 100SEK for administrative fees.

INTERRUPTION

If you interrupt a course due to an ongoing obstacle, such as sickness with doctor’s notice or for a comparable unpredictable reason, you are repaid a proportional portion of the course fee at the discretion of Kpop Nonstop.

Note! Our classes are very popular and we most of the time have customers on waiting lists. You should try reach out to us as soon as possible.

CANCELLED DANCE CLASS

If we are forced to cancel a dance class, we will in first hand find an alternative date for executing the class. If we cancel a dance class due to circumstances we were able to prevent, you are entitled to be repaid the fee you have paid for that class.

Kpop Nonstop reserves the right to cancel a course due to too few applicants. The course fee is then repaid to the participants.

Kpop Nonstop reserves the right to retain all fees paid by you and instead offer future classes in the event of cancellations. Replacement classes will be offered at the discretion of Kpop Nonstop.

CREDIT (tillgodo/tillgodobelopp)

Is valid maximun 1 year from the day you received it.

If you want to quit during the on-going semester you can not request return of money for remaining classes. You can only request for credit that you can use for next time.

Our credit is only divided by blocks (semester is built with 3semester).

If you want to receive credit for 2blocks (10classes), you have to send request during block1 is on-going, if you contact us after block2 has started you can only receive credit for 1block (5classes).

One block is built with you learn one full K-pop dance with positions which are prepared by teachers with all students. To respect students who are learning the positions and teachers who have prepared, we don’t take any new students during middle of the on-going block and only for the coming blocks. And due to that we can only provide credit for per block that has not started.

GDPR COMPLIENT

We take your privacy seriously here at Kpop Nonstop and will only use your personal information to administrate your account, communicate with you for our dance classes, and provide you the service you have requested from us.

From the payment day and until the dance class semester is finished we also use your contact information to send you information regarding Kpop Nonstop offers/upcoming events.
